i hope you all had a wonderful christmas whether it be in the sun, sand or snow.
mum told me that over here it's not p.c to say merry christmas anymore.
gotta say happy christmas as one doesn't wanna encourage drinking (wtf!?)
i think it's a great time to get slightly merry; don't you think?!
our christmas day was divine.
mum had made a beautiful spread of smoked salmon & dill pate, pink peppercorn prawns, a yummy roast turkey, a potato gratin, carrot, orange & pomegranate salad, and a devilish apricot & white chocolate trifle for dessert.
dad fired up the bbq too; a now ever so common kiwi-summer-christmas style.
and guess who got the most presents?
yup. kou-chan.

Yep I realized this year that I had to write "happy holidays" on all of my cards..looks like Kou-chan has been good this year, since he got so many presents!

Well, I only learned to say that after watching too many British shows. It irks people here and they keep on saying, "No, it's Merry Christmas."
But what the hey, still Christmas right?
