Ah! I'm sorry about not really being able to recommend good places. But I do hope that you will have fun in Cebu! It's a mighty good thing they're usually missed by the typhoons (since there's one coming within the week).

my title lied, some of these photos are from my weekend away in hakone, a mountain village just out of tokyo.
